Role Summary And Impact

We are seeking a Manager, Content Campaigns & Social Media to lead the day-to-day management and delivery of digital content campaigns, alongside the ongoing management of client social media accounts across the WPP Media portfolio.

This role requires a highly organized, self-motivated professional who can ensure seamless campaign execution, maintain strong and consistent social media presence for clients, and drive initiatives toward clearly defined KPIs. Strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management, and a proactive mindset are essential to success in this role.

Skills And Experience

In this role, your responsibilities include:

  • Content Campaign & Project Execution: Execute and monitor digital content campaigns to ensure delivery against defined KPIs. Manage day-to-day campaign and social media operations, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple initiatives. Conduct detailed quality checks on all content prior to publishing, proactively troubleshoot issues during campaign lifecycles.
  • Social Media Account & Client Management: Develop a deep understanding of client's brand, voice, and objectives to effectively manage their social media accounts. This includes the development and maintenance of content calendars, scheduling and publishing content, monitoring community engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships to drive their social media success.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign and social media performance, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations for optimization. Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement for clients.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Delivery: Work closely with clients, content creators, content planners, creative teams, digital publishers, media planners, and vendors to coordinate deliverables, ensure timely execution, and maintain consistent and accurate messaging across all campaign and social media outputs.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital and social media marketing, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness and inform social media strategies.
  • Influencer Relations: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers to enhance campaign reach and engagement, including their integration into social media content plans.
  • Business Development & Operational Enablement: Enable the Team Lead across business development initiatives and day-to-day team operations, including revenue tracking, reporting and recording, and coordination on commercially driven opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of influencers marketing, digital content, social media management experience.
  • Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of social platforms with hands-on experience using TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, Telegram, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, negotiate with agencies and publishers, and deliver against objectives
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team Collaboration: Possess a strong collaborative spirit and a positive working attitude to thrive in a team environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized, process-driven, with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and adopt different tools for efficient work. Experience in Salesforce, Meta Business Suite and TikTok Creator Studio is a plus.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently while achieving campaign objectives.
