Manager - Consumer Propositions

Responsibilities

• Participate in ideation sessions to brainstorm and conceptualize product propositions for specific customer segments. Collaborate with the Customer Insights and Research team to gather valuable customer feedback through surveys and interviews. Engage stakeholders for product proposition testing, refining designs iteratively to achieve optimal outcomes. Assist in creating presentation materials to communicate ideas to management for approval. Support the team lead in preparing business cases and essential materials necessary for product approval. Facilitate timely sign-offs from stakeholders, ensuring that launch schedules are met without delays. Prepare discussion materials for downstream stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of product intent and design. Draft policy documents and product summaries, coordinating feedback collection from relevant stakeholders. Aid in preparing marketing briefs for collaboration with the marketing team to develop targeted customer engagement materials. Extract and analyze sales data post-launch, monitoring ongoing sales performance against expectations. Collaborate on presentations that convey analysis and findings to a wide audience, including management. Address business and compliance risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate them. Stay informed about industry trends and compliance regulations to enhance risk management practices.

Requirements

• Tertiary education qualification in Actuarial, Insurance, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in product development or sales propositions. Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset for generating ideas and solutions. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and persuasion. Exceptional planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A proactive, action-oriented individual who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.
