Role Purpose(s)

To drive revenue growth for CrimsonLogic's digital trade facilitation portfolio by developing and closing opportunities across Public Sector trade modernization (Customs / Ports / Ministries / Border Agencies) and Trade Business Sector (logistics / freight forwarding / BCOs / e-Commerce platforms). The role focuses on sales execution, client engagement, tender/bid management, and market development to achieve sales target, while aligning stakeholder value across the public-private trade ecosystem

Key Accountabilities

  • Sales Target Achievement & Market Expansion

Achieve annual sales targets across for public sector and private sector trade accounts.

Promote products such as Digital Govt, Digital Port, Trade Business, TFP, BPO Services, Global eManifest, TradeWeb Integration, Singapore IOR, and other compliance solutions.

Develop and execute clear sales strategies for target segments including:

  • Public sector agencies (ministries, statutory boards, government entities)
  • Cross-border logistics companies, BCOs, freight forwarders, e-commerce platforms
  • Existing enterprise customers and new acquisition accounts
  • Expand key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnership building.

  • Client Acquisition, Account Management & Customer Success

Acquire new customers using effective outreach strategies (events, campaigns, direct engagement).

Build and strengthen long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Manage full account lifecycle: prospecting → qualification → solution proposal → closure → handover.

Deliver high-quality customer service to maximize retention and renewal rates.

Manage renewal opportunities within existing frameworks, tenders, and enterprise contracts.

  • Tender & Bid Management (Public Sector & Enterprise Projects)

Identify and qualify opportunities within the Singapore public sector and regulated industry segments.

Lead tender lifecycle: bid/no-bid decision, proposal planning, pricing strategy, submission, and contract negotiation.

Ensure compliance with GeBIZ and government procurement frameworks.

Work with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft competitive, compliant technical and commercial proposals.

Support RFI/RFP/RFQ clarifications, presentations, and POCs during evaluations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with technical teams to support client system integration (API/EDI), onboarding, and solution deployment.

Provide market insights to product teams to drive localization and enhancement opportunities for SEA and APAC markets.

Work with marketing to run campaigns, webinars, industry events, and trade shows that enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Market Intelligence & Strategy Development

Monitor industry trends, customer needs, government ICT initiatives, and digital transformation policies.

Study competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and technology developments.

Continuously refine sales tactics to suit evolving market conditions and consumer demands in assigned regions.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

Working Experience Requirements

  • 3–8 years of B2B sales experience in IT, supply chain, trade compliance software, or SaaS.
  • Experience handling government/public sector or large enterprise accounts preferred.
  • Exposure to cross-border logistics, e-commerce, or customs processes is advantageous.

  • Existing network in logistics, cross-border trade, or Singapore public sector ecosystems.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven sales track record in closing complex IT or enterprise deals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
