Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations by scheduling staff, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth customer flow to optimize service delivery
- Hire, train, and supervise therapists to maintain team performance and adherence to quality and service standards
- Resolve customer complaints and implement feedback-driven improvements to sustain high customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and tracking usage to maintain adequate resources
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards by training staff on sanitation protocols and overseeing equipment maintenance
