As a Manager, Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Participate in user engagement workshops to provide subject matter expertise throughout the organisational design planning process, with the goal of optimising overall patient experience

• Lead strategic discussions on the development roadmap of the organisation

• Work closely with stakeholders to develop service flow designs and planning parameters that align with the project's strategic objectives

• Facilitate workshops and coordinate stakeholder meetings to gather project requirements and define methodologies, technologies, and assumptions for effective project delivery

• Develop end-user briefs, operational requirements, guidelines, and workflows, organizing sessions to collect user input and validate new care models through virtual simulations and physical prototypes

• Prepare comprehensive business cases to obtain approvals for future expansion and related funding

• Monitor and track progress across multiple work streams and planning areas, providing timely updates to senior management and escalating issues when necessary

• Prepare regular progress reports for submission

• Organise and lead initiatives related to the planning and development of the organisation

• Oversee the implementation of operational models in alignment with service delivery goals and care models, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints and regulatory guidelines

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, recording minutes, arranging catering, and maintaining shared electronic and manual filing systems

• Manage procurement and payment requests as needed

• Undertake any additional projects or tasks assigned by the reporting officer

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree

• Proven track record in project management

• Experience in Healthcare/Operations management
