Manager

-Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
-To manage the change control process
-To monitor and advise upon project finance
-Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
-Hiring, training and developing new employees.
-Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
-Working closely with the store manager to lead staff.
-Maintaining stores to stanards,including stocking and cleaning.

Job Requirements
-10 years minimum experience in a similar role.
-Basic computer literacy including MS Word and Excel
-Ability to foster positive working relationship
-Team management experience is preferred.
-Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field
