RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive revenue growth and elevate the culinary experience at EXPO for our event organisers and delegates. In this role, you will work closely with the venue sales team and our expert panel of appointed catering partners to deliver exceptional food offerings, service excellence, and unforgettable event outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-focused individual who can identify and convert commercial opportunities, champion EXPO's culinary capabilities, and support hirers in creating successful, memorable events.
Sales & Business Development
Catering Partners Management
Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in catering sales, banquet sales, hospitality sales, MICE, or event services.
Diploma and/or Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management and/or Event Management related field.
Proven track record in B2B sales, revenue generation, and managing key accounts.
Experience working with catering providers, hotels, banquet operations, or large-scale event venues is highly preferred.
Knowledge, experience and ability to drive catering sales strategy, revenue forecasting, action plan, event P&L and to execute and manage indoor / outdoor catering events is necessary.
Competent in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Able to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and in as fast paced working environment.
Collaborative team player with a high level of professionalism and service excellence mindset.
