How will you make an impact in this role

International Card Services (ICS) is charged with the mission of changing the world at work by delivering unique value and service to our card members to have their backs and create value, growth, and opportunity for all our stakeholders. As a key growth market, Singapore requires dedicated leadership to provide ongoing and accelerated growth by optimizing our acquisition and marketing channels to bring value to our customers and continually innovate and optimize our marketing and operations to create the best customer experience, maximize engagement, and drive stakeholder value.

Responsibilities:
Control Excellence
i) Control Governance

  • Support the implementation and day-to-day management of the control framework to
    ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Control Management, and Legal teams to embed
    controls into business workflows and support ongoing business initiatives.
  • Assist in defining and maintaining effective preventive and detective controls within
    ICS Singapore operations.
  • Facilitate and coordinate risk assessment processes such as PRSA, RCSA, and
    Regulatory Change Management (RCM), ensuring timely and accurate inputs from relevant
    teams.
  • Contribute to the readiness of new product launches and process changes by ensuring
    appropriate control measures are in place.

ii) Brand Governance

  • Manage local brand approval processes and ensure marketing materials comply with
    global brand standards.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support local campaign execution and brand
    consistency in market communications.
    Business Enablement, Analytics & Data Capabilities
  • Work with product and technology teams to develop and maintain dashboards,
    reports, and control monitoring tools.
  • Set up processes and system in place to drive retention of target customers
    throughout the lifecycle.
  • Automate recurring data refreshes and reports tasks to improve efficiency and data
    accuracy.
  • Support the development of data-driven insights by preparing visualizations and
    reports based on customer and operational data.
  • Explore opportunities to improve data processes using automation and basic machine
    learning techniques, in collaboration with data teams.
  • Developing operational processes for cross portfolio new product or feature launches,
    MAPs, process automation initiatives, and business enablement efforts.

Drive the execution of the full suite of customer lifecycle engagement marketing, including
onboarding, early engagement, engagement across all products, and develop strategies to
retain customers in line with the ICS product line strategy which includes formulate
marketing strategies and campaigns to attract, engage, and retain target customers
throughout the lifecycle.

Qualification

  • At least 3 - 7 years working experience. Prior experience and knowledge of the Cards,
    Financial Services Market
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL programming languages would be advantageous
  • Experience in stakeholder management, process improvement and coordinating
    control assessment
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance,
    marketing and technology
  • Analytical mindset with attention to details.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ability to present complex
    risk issues to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner.
  • A team player with strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or Banking & Finance
