Principal Accountabilities:
Business Development & Marketing
Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a primary focus on Singapore Corporate Services
Lead and manage enquiries from prospective clients, including scoping, proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and issuance of Letters of Engagement
Expand and maintain a strong network of intermediaries, introducers, and professional contacts
Drive cross-selling and upselling of Hawksford services, including accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial services
Identify and support marketing initiatives, events, and publications that enhance Hawksford Singapore's market presence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all assigned prospects and clients
Assist with periodic business reporting, pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting
Attend networking and business development events, which may include out-of-office hours and occasional international travel
Client Account Management
Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of Singapore Corporate Services clients
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key clients
Manage client expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams (Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Corporate Secretarial, Compliance) to ensure services are delivered effectively and on time
Support client onboarding, including coordination of KYC, AML, and internal risk assessment processes
Monitor client engagement profitability and assist with cost reviews and renewals
Accounting, Tax & Compliance Oversight
Serve as a commercial and communication bridge between clients and internal service delivery teams
Assist clients in understanding accounting, audit, tax, and compliance requirements and timelines
Identify potential compliance or service risks early and escalate appropriately
Support smooth handovers during onboarding, restructuring, or changes in service scope
Ensure client matters are handled in accordance with Hawksford's internal governance, quality, and risk management standards
Internal Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery efficiency and client experience
Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and operational challenges
Contribute to the development of standard proposals, service descriptions, and internal processes
Participate in internal projects and regional initiatives where required
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Degree in Business Administration, or any related field
5 to 7 years of working experience with proven sales track record in corporate service or professional services firms
Solid network in local market
Able to manage coordination of complex multi-jurisdictional proposal involving multiple business lines
Entrepreneurial business focus, self-starter, attention to details, team player with great interpersonal skills
Able to solution sell with the ability to listen to your clients and understand what their underpinning business needs
