You plays a strategic and executional role in driving revenue growth, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting integrated marketing initiatives across Curate Kitchen's group of businesses.
The role requires a strong combination of commercial acumen, market insight, stakeholder
management, and cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Manager works closely with the
Head, Business Development, Branding and Marketing to translate strategic direction into
actionable business development initiatives and brand-led growth outcomes, while ensuring
alignment with operational capabilities and corporate objectives.
Business Development Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
1. Growth Strategy Execution
Support the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve
revenue growth and market expansion objectives.
2. Market & Customer Analysis
Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to identify
new business opportunities and emerging demand segments.
3. Client Acquisition & Account Management
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and
key stakeholders to drive long-term business value.
4. Sales Pipeline Management
Manage sales pipelines from lead qualification through proposal development,
negotiation, and contract finalisation, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion
discipline.
5. Tender & Proposal Management
Lead and coordinate tender submissions, commercial proposals, and client
presentations in collaboration with operations, culinary, finance, and quality teams.
6. Commercial Negotiation Support
Support negotiations on pricing, scope, and commercial terms to ensure mutually
beneficial and commercially viable agreements.
7. Cross-Functional Alignment
Work closely with internal departments to ensure proposed solutions are operationally
feasible, compliant, and aligned with brand positioning.
8. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue metrics, providing structured
reporting and insights to the Head, Business Development, Branding and Marketing.
Marketing & Branding Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
1. Marketing Strategy Execution
Implement marketing and branding initiatives aligned with the company's overall brand
strategy and commercial objectives.
2. Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing
materials, proposals, digital platforms, and client-facing communications.
3. Content & Campaign Development
Support the development of marketing content and campaigns across digital, print, and
corporate channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
4. Digital & Performance Marketing Oversight
Monitor digital marketing performance metrics, including lead generation, engagement,
and conversion effectiveness, and recommend optimisation actions.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, culinary, and
management teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities.
6. Market Visibility & Positioning
Support initiatives that enhance Curate Kitchen's visibility in the market, including
participation in industry events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
7. Budget & Resource Coordination
Assist in managing allocated marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and
maximised return on investment.
