Job Summary
As a Hair Salon Manager, you will lead and develop a skilled stylist team while delivering expert haircuts, color treatments, and styling services. You will manage salon operations, drive sales targets, and ensure high-quality client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Perform haircuts, color treatments, and styling services tailored to client needs
- Execute advanced hair coloring techniques such as highlights, ombre, and balayage to meet client expectations
- Style hair including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos with precision and creativity
- Lead and train stylist team to achieve master-level expertise and meet sales targets
- Manage overall salon operations to maximize profitability and maintain high service standards
- Evaluate outlet performance and implement action plans for continuous improvement
- Organize employee shifts based on peak times and seasonal demand to optimize staffing
- Order and replenish beauty products and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Schedule and oversee regular maintenance of salon equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Enforce hygiene practices across all beauty stations to comply with health standards
- Maintain accurate staff records including salaries and work schedules
- Develop staff professionally, grooming high-potential employees for leadership roles
- Ensure consistent housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the salon environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while adhering to salon policies
- Handle expert clients requiring specialized blonde highlight services with skill and care
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support salon success

- Proven experience as a hair stylist with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skills and creativity

- Flexibility to work flextime, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and Saturdays
