MANAGER

As a Salon Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while providing top-notch services to our team and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing haircuts, color treatments, and styling services according to client preferences

- Managing the overall operations and profitability of the assigned outlet

- Evaluating outlet operations and establishing action plans for continuous improvement

- Leading and managing the stylist team to achieve sales targets and overall salon sales goals

- Providing advanced hair cutting and coloring services, including highlights, ombre, and balayage

- Styling hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos

- Organizing employees shifts, considering peak times and seasonality

- Ordering beauty products and replenishing stock

- Arranging regular maintenance services for all equipment

- Ensuring hygiene practices are followed across all beauty stations

- Maintaining staff records, including salaries and working schedules

- Training and developing a highly effective team committed to achieving set targets

- Developing staff into service professionals and grooming high potentials for leadership roles

- Ensuring good housekeeping practices are maintained at all times

- Performing any other tasks as assigned by Management

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a hair stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work flexi-time, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

- Flexibility to work on Saturdays and Sundays

- Ability to handle expert clients with blonde highlights

- Leadership and training skills to develop your team
