Job Responsibilities
- Assist Head of Branding and Strategic Marketing on Special Projects across CDL's domestic and international portfolio.
- Work with vendors to execute digital and social media campaigns to promote residential sales and leasing of CDL Assets.
- Supervise and conclude digital pitches to select vendors
- Support on-ground promotion during property launches
- Source and co-ordinate with partners for sales and events
- Manage non digital campaigns
- Assist in master media contract process
- Assist in adhoc market and customer research
Job Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or Public Relations
- Diploma holder with track record may also apply
- At least 6 years of experience in project management or account management in an advertising, digital, media agency or in the marcom department of a real estate company
- Must be abreast of and able to recommend, justify, execute and track the performance of the latest digital platforms
- Able to draft marcom briefs, evaluate agency proposals and costs for non digital campaigns
- Have an understanding of media master contracts
- Working knowledge of market and customer research
