THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking a sharp, resourceful, and driven Manager, Brand Engagement who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.
This role isn't just about keeping projects on trackit's about growing client relationships, unlocking creative opportunities, and helping us deliver unforgettable campaigns powered by celebrity partnerships and bold storytelling.

WHAT YOU OWN
Client Management & Growth
- Serve as the key contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Understand client goals and develop strategic plans to grow their brand presence.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across campaigns, markets, or services.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end campaign managementfrom kickoff to deliveryensuring creative, production, and media timelines are met.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and production teams to deliver high-quality work aligned with client expectations.
- Liaise with celebrity agencies and talent managers to secure appearances, usage rights, and deliverables.
Regional Collaboration
- Work across multiple markets including Singapore, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Adapt and localize campaigns to meet regional and cultural nuances.
Creative & Strategic Thinking
- Contribute to pitch decks and proposal writing with strong brand insights and storytelling.
- Ensure creative ideas are both exciting and executable within budget and timelines.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through celebrity partnerships and innovative campaign concepts that differentiate ed&c in competitive pitches
Reporting & Budgeting
- Monitor campaign performance and track deliverables against KPIs.
- Manage budgets, quotations, and invoicing in collaboration with the finance team.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A diploma or degree in Marketing Communications, Business, Events, or a related discipline.
- 35 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management, ideally within a creative agency or marketing environment.
- Familiarity with campaign planning, media platforms, ATL production, or event coordination will be a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns from start to finishon brief, on time, and within budget.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage clients, understand their needs, and manage expectations effectively.
- Strategic and solutions-focused, with a clear understanding of how to deliver results for clients and the agency.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Adaptable and responsive to evolving client needs and timelines.
- A collaborative team player with sound judgment and a practical, problem-solving mindset.
We're looking for someone who is independent, reliable, and proactivewith a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
