My client is a leading global professional services firm, currently hiring a hands-on and results driven Billing & AR Collections talent to oversee an international portfolio.

Budget

SGD 9,000 - 10,000 per month

Requirements

• Regional/ Global billing and collections experience, experience in managing different currencies and knowledge of GST/ VAT
• Experience from Consulting or Professional Services industry
• Experience with NetSuite
• Process driven, ability to understand billing portal requirements, good communication and written skills
• Strong stakeholder management, independent, resourceful
• An interest in automation and AI tools to drive further efficiencies

Job Scope

As the Manager (Billing & Collections), you will oversee billing and accounts receivables operations across multiple international markets. This role will take ownership of the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing while partnering closely with project, business and finance teams to manage complex customer arrangements, contractual milestones and revenue-related activities. As a key point of contact for billing matters, you will drive issue resolution, maintain strong invoice governance and support working capital performance through effective collection strategies and stakeholder engagement across regions.

In addition, you will drive improvements in cash collections, monitor receivables and provide visibility into collection forecasts, payment risks and ageing trends. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in enhancing billing and accounts receivable processes through ERP optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is well suited for a hands-on finance professional with experience managing multi-entity & multi-currency operations, strong credit control expertise, and a proven track record in driving process improvements, strengthening controls and supporting finance transformation projects within a global business environment.
