CGi is seeking a Manager - Project & Business Development to lead projects and expand market presence across Southeast Asia and India. This role combines technical project management with strategic business development, ensuring successful delivery of Sub-Fab Infrastructure & Critical Subsystems-including abatement systems, process chillers, heaters, and other fab support services-while driving growth in high-tech industries.
Identify and drive new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop opportunities in Sub-Fab Infrastructure & Critical Subsystems.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in project management and business development.
Strong understanding of waferfab and high-tech industry support tools (abatement systems, process chillers, vacuum pumps, heaters, etc.).
Preferred: More than 3 years of field experience in one or more of the following:
Air Pollution Control Equipment / Scrubbers
Pumps / Chillers
Gas & Chemical Supply Equipment
Facilities M&E and HVAC Systems & Services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in teams.
Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
