Job Summary:

Experienced Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) professional delivering end-to-end IAM solutions, including application onboarding, automation, integrations, and compliance-driven access management for enterprise environments.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 5+(sr. Associate Level) 8+ years(for Managers) of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG v11+), including application onboarding, upgrades, and IGA use case implementation;
• Proven experience delivering complex OIG integrations across diverse enterprise applications and environments;
• Strong programming and scripting skills for OIG customization using Java, Groovy, and related technologies;
• Solid understanding of identity governance frameworks, access management processes, and enterprise IAM best practices.

Desired Skills:

• Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to business leaders;
• Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills;
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) implementations, including hands-on configuration, customization, and enterprise integrations;
• Drive application onboarding for HR, ERP, CRM, SaaS, and custom systems using out-of-the-box and custom ICF-based connectors;
• Design and implement IGA use cases such as RBAC, role mining, user lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver), and access certification;
• Develop automated provisioning/deprovisioning, approval workflows, SOA composites, and OIG self-service UI customizations;
• Integrate OIG with authoritative sources (e.g., HRMS) and target systems (databases, directories, SaaS) using REST APIs, web services, and event handlers;
• Troubleshoot and optimize OIG components, connectors, scheduled jobs, and BI Publisher-based audit and compliance reporting;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, run workshops, and ensure successful IAM adoption;
• Maintain documentation and advise on best practices for OIG upgrades, patching, and alignment with IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, and Microsoft Entra.
