Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in the leasing and/or sale of industrial and logistics properties across Singapore.
  • Responsible for increasing revenue through prospecting industrial occupiers and sourcing new business leads.
  • Proactively identify business development activities of existing and new clients through direct contact and external industry platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and present proposals, marketing materials, and financial analyses to clients.
  • Responsible for the transaction management and coordination with internal and external parties to complete property transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, zoning regulations, and property values.
  • Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients.
  • Support the Department Head in any strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with minimum5 years ofworking experience in property sales and leasing, especially in the industrial sector.
  • Must hold avalid CEA License.
  • Be highly motivated with an appetite to not only reach the business development objectives but to exceed them
  • Proven track record of successful transactions in the industrial and logistics sector.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and market intelligence with a good understanding of real estate markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
