Job Description

Temasek Foundation (TF) supports a diverse range of programmes that connect people, uplift communities, protect our planet, and advance capabilities in Singapore, Asia and beyond. TF's programmes, made possible through philanthropic endowments gifted by Temasek, strive to achieve positive outcomes for individuals and communities now, and for generations to come.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, experience in programme delivery, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. The role will lead the planning, implementation and monitoring of community programmes, partnering across sectors to drive sustainable impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to Head, Community Networks and Partnerships (CNP), the incumbent's responsibilities include the following:

Programme Development & Partnerships

a. Strategise and curate programmes to address emerging needs and gaps aligned with organisational goals, including community engagement to strengthen a community of care and initiatives for a resilient, future‑ready workforce.

b. Manage a fund for ground‑up, community‑led initiatives—ensuring sound allocation, governance and impact tracking—while nurturing leaders and engaging partners and co‑funders.

c. Develop and steward a portfolio of partnerships, building trust and alignment to enable collaboration, co‑funding and delivery of impactful outcomes

Programme Implementation & Monitoring

  1. Lead and deliver a fellowship programme by working closely with fellows and mentors, including fostering a peer community, guiding toward outcomes, and driving progress, impact tracking and stakeholder reporting.
  2. Provide oversight of other programmes against outcomes, engaging partners to address issues and strengthen delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Degree with at least 3 years (Manager) to 10 years (Associate Director) relevant experience in programme management, partnerships, community development or social impact, with strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate insights into decisions.
  2. Strong communicator, able to distil complex information into clear narratives, engage senior stakeholders, and build constructive cross‑sector relationships in a dynamic environment.

An existing network of corporate partners and grantmakers will be an advantage.
