Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities
- Support the department head in planning and monitoring business development activities to align with sales goals
- Follow up on sales enquiries and suggestions to finalize sales agreements efficiently
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business and satisfaction
- Develop new customers by identifying and engaging potential prospects
- Collect and report market information on customer activities, projects, and sales forecasts to inform sales strategies
- Submit weekly reports detailing phone calls made and customer visits conducted to track sales efforts
- Verify order settlements to ensure accurate processing and fulfillment
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and associations to expand business networks
- Assist the manager by completing assigned tasks to support overall department objectives
