Job Description
. Manage the IT team and oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, and project implementation.
. Coordinate with headquarters and internal stakeholders on IT-related matters.
. Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
. Manage IT projects, identify risks, and improve operational processes.
. Support the Sales team by reviewing tender requirements and system network designs.
. Support Project Engineers with the setup and configuration of network equipment, including IP cameras, servers, storage, switches, routers, workstations, and other IT devices.
. Support Service Engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network hardware and software issues.
. Administer and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability.
. Manage IT systems, including servers, storage, and software applications.
. Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for internal users.
