[What you will be working on]
What You'll Do
- Account Management: Build and manage strategic partnerships with AI and frontier tech companies to understand future workforce requirements.
- Translate industry insights into actionable talent development initiatives and programmes.
- Provide input, feedback and working with relevant teams to identify, develop and implement programmes.
- Lead outreach and branding efforts to position IMDA's industry scholarship programme as a premier talent pipeline.
- Oversee events, sponsorships, and engagements to ensure meaningful impact and long-term value.
- Monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance initiatives and maximise return on investment (ROI).
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years experience in business development, talent strategy, or programme management (ICT/human capital development a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across industry, academia, and government.
- Able to think critically and analytically to identify and conceptualise the most relevant intervention points for AI and frontier tech companies
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect workforce needs to broader national policies and initiatives.
