Our Human Resource & Organisation Development (HROD) team supports NYC's mission by acting as a strategic partner to our divisions and making NYC a great place to work. We are on the hunt for bright sparks like you to join us as Manager/ Assistant Manager on a one-year contract to gain hands-on experience in a government agency, make a real impact, and learn directly from youths.
What You Will Be Working On
As a Manager/Assistant Manager in HROD, you will support us in contributing to NYC's success. You may choose from two key areas within HROD, and your responsibilities will be generally aligned with your chosen functional pillar:

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in HR, L&D, OD, business, analytics, social sciences, communications, or related fields. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or skills are welcome.
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital workflows, with good data literacy skills (wrangling, cleaning, visualisation, and analysis).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- A fresh perspective on engaging with the newer generation workforce.
- Experience in event management or campus recruitment is a plus.
