Our Client, a Top commercial firm is seeking to recruit a Manager / Assistant Manager, Events Registration for their growing division.
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Provide event registration consultancy, registration and stakeholders management
- Provide sound advice and solutions to stakeholders and team members
- Source,evaluate, negotiate and manage third party vendors and/or venues
- Manage theregistration process to create a streamlined experience for invitees, includingflights and hotel bookings
- Attend and facilitate all regular progress update meetings
- Manage F&B and dietary requirements and setup
- Manage event collateral design and production
- Responsible for successful delivery of the event, ensure smooth communication with partners, vendors and stakeholders
- Management of overall resource planning of roles and responsibilities pre-event and onsite
- Budget and timeline management and updates Internal project team management
- Resource planning and assignment
- Post event registration and attendee reports and analysis
- Clear designation and briefing to assigned project team members on their roles and responsibilities
- Lead and provide clear guidance to the assigned project team members
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing from a reputable institute
- Possess at least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Events management, preferably in the MICE, Business events or related sector
- Experience in Digital/ Hybrid events management is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Adaptable and can react to changes readily
- Able to work independently
