Support strategic planning and programming across the main thematic calendar, including research, benchmarking and opportunity sizing
Assist in preparation of pitch decks, proposals and presentation materials for internal alignment and external partners
Manage end to end contracting and administrative processes (e.g coordination with legal, finance and other internal stakeholders) ensuring timelines are met
Serve as coordination point across internal teams to streamline workflows and execution
Maintain documentation, trackers and reporting for ongoing deals and pipeline visibility
Job Requirements
3-5 years exerpeince in events, business development or related fields
Strong analytical and structuring skills, comfortable working with data to generate insights
Proficient in powerpoint and excel; able to build clear and compelling decks
Good understanding of contract workflows and stakeholders coordination
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines
Effective communication skills,
Proactive, resourceful and able to operate in fast paced environment
