Responsible for the preparation/review of full spectrum of accounting activities which include but not limit to period-end closing (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually), quick estimate, financial analyses, budgeting & forecasting, cash flow management, GST filing, taxation and financial statements.
Timely and accurately preparation of financial and management reports in compliance with the Group and Company policies, procedures and statutory requirement.
Responsible for reviewal of payments.
Assist in approval of Temporary credit limit and Claim system.
Analytical review of financial results.
Oversee company and subsidiaries accounts.
Preparation of Group consolidation accounts and budget.
Preparation of quarterly financial review for AC meeting and reports for shareholders.
Assist in accounting software upgrade/implementation, which include but not limit to liaising with vendors, coordinate communication between vendors and staff, system testing etc.
Assist in the planning, implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
Liaise with internal, external auditors and tax agent.
Perform stock-take duty.
Perform ad-hoc duties / tasks as required by the Company.
Requirements:-
ACCA/ Degree in Accounting a must.
More than 5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in group consolidation is essential.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
Good Excel Skills is preferred.
