Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in a structured management training programme designed to develop skills across various departments
- Learn company policies, procedures, and best practices through hands-on experience and formal training sessions
- Assist in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate operational efficiency and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR to gain comprehensive business exposure
- Participate in customer service initiatives to enhance client relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Identify organisational challenges and propose effective solutions to improve overall performance
- Work closely with senior management and mentors to gain guidance on career development and leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong passion for business, strategy, and leadership
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
