We are now seeking passionate and ambitious Management Trainees (Future Store Managers) to join our Singapore team and participate in a structured 3-week overseas training program in China (airfare and accommodation fully covered by the company).
The program aims to develop future Store Managers and Operations Leaders who will play a vital role in driving us growth and operational excellence worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a 3-week full-time training program in China (airfare & accommodation provided latest training start date between 15-20 November).
- Assist in daily store operations, including team leadership and customer service management.
- Supervise product quality, hygiene, and inventory to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Handle customer feedback promptly and support in implementing promotional campaigns.
- Conduct basic sales and performance analysis to improve store efficiency.
- Manage manpower allocation, control operating costs, and support profitability growth.
- Comply with company's store deployment and scheduling arrangements as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business, Management, or related fields.
- Preferably 2-4 years of experience in F&B or retail managementexceptional candidates without prior industry experience are also welcome to apply.
- Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to adapt quickly and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for overseas training and work with multicultural teams.
- Positive working attitude, teamwork spirit, and good communication skills.
Career Development
Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training and be fast-tracked to Store Manager positions upon completion.
