About the Programme

We are looking for driven and high-potential individuals to join our 18-month Management Trainee Programme. This structured programme is designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience and cross-functional exposure across various departments within the organisation.

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo rotations across key business functions, which may include retail operations, sales operations, and other corporate departments. The rotations are designed to provide a holistic understanding of the business and build a strong foundation for your career progression into leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotational assignments across multiple departments
• Gain hands-on operational and strategic experience in different business functions
• Work closely with department leaders on projects and daily operations
• Demonstrate initiative and ownership in assigned tasks and projects
• Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
