Run the daily operations of your assigned branch - covering student enrolment, class scheduling, documentation, and fee collection, among others
Address enquiries from parents on programmes, schedules, and fees accurately and professionally across walk-in, phone, and messaging platforms
Serve as the main point of contact for teachers and HQ on centre matters
Coordinate a small centre team of part-time staff to keep daily operations running on time and to standard
Take ownership of an assigned business sub-role - for example, tracking student retention, coordinating teacher schedules, or managing programme rollouts
Engage with students and parents directly and professionally at every touchpoint
What You Will Gain
This role gives you early, hands-on exposure to both operations and people management. Specifically, you will build:
Practical experience running a live service operation - enrolment, scheduling, fee processing, and parent communications
Direct people management experience coordinating a small team from early in your career
Confidence communicating professionally across walk-in, phone, and written channels
A defined career track toward Centre Manager - progression is performance-driven, with structured reviews at the 3 and 6-month marks
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is genuine, grounded, and good with people. Beyond qualifications, we hire for character and work ethic.
Diploma or degree holder in any discipline - no prior experience required
Follows through on tasks without needing to be reminded
Communicates clearly and stays composed when handling parent concerns or operational issues
Comfortable working directly with children and families on a daily basis
Takes initiative to fix problems rather than waiting to be directed
At ease taking the lead - able to guide and coordinate a small team with confidence and maturity
What You Can Expect
We offer a working environment built on trust, stability, and genuine development opportunities.
A close-knit team that works hard, communicates openly, and supports each other
Real autonomy - you will be trusted to manage your responsibilities without being micromanaged
Meaningful work that directly impacts the learning experience of students and the confidence of their families
Genuine career growth within an expanding organisation, with increasing responsibility as you demonstrate readiness
Medical benefits and leave entitlements in accordance with the Employment Act full details shared at offer stage
