Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed to provide exposure to key aspects of sports academy management, including operations, customer relations, scheduling, and programme coordination.
The trainee will work closely with the management team and gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day running of the academy, with the potential to grow into a full-time management role.
Responsibilities and Duties
. Support daily operations and management of the academy to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
. Responsible for end-to-end enrolment and lead management, including timely follow-up on all enquiries and conversion of leads into enrolments through effective communication and relationship building.
. Serve as a point of contact for parents and students, addressing enquiries and concerns
. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
. Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities
. Gain exposure to sports management practices and academy operations
. Take on projects assigned by management to develop leadership capabilities
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, BusinessAdministration, or related field
. Strong interest in sports and youth development(gymnastics experience is a plus)
. Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a customer-focused mindset
. Results-driven with an interest in sales, enrolment growth, and customer retention
. Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
. Able to work on weekends (as per academy schedule)
