About the Role

We are looking for motivated, ambitious, and eager-to-learn individuals to join our Management Trainee Programme.

This programme is designed to develop future business professionals through practical exposure to branding, business strategy, market research, client engagement, project management, and international business expansion. You will work closely with our management team on real business projects while developing the commercial, strategic, and leadership skills required for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Business Intelligence

• Conduct research on industries, competitors, and market trends.
• Identify potential companies for strategic partnerships and business opportunities.
• Research target organisations using LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, chambers of commerce, and online platforms.
• Identify key decision-makers, including business owners, directors, managing directors, general managers, and C-suite executives.
• Verify business information, including company profiles, email addresses, contact numbers, and job titles.
• Build and maintain organised prospect databases using spreadsheets and CRM systems.

Client Outreach & Relationship Management

• Assist in email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns to prospective clients and partners.
• Prepare personalised business introduction messages and follow-up communications.
• Respond professionally to enquiries and maintain communication with prospective clients.
• Coordinate meetings between prospective clients and the management team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.

CRM & Project Coordination

• Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
• Update lead statuses, communication records, and project progress.
• Prepare reports on outreach activities and project updates.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation and organisation of business information.

Business Strategy & International Projects

• Support branding and business strategy consulting projects.
• Assist in overseas market research and international expansion initiatives.
• Participate in business matching projects connecting Singapore companies with overseas partners.
• Prepare business proposals, company profiles, presentations, and market reports.
• Support networking events, conferences, seminars, and business missions.
• Work alongside senior management on strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, International Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in business management, branding, consulting, strategy, and international business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, business research tools, or AI productivity platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
