Job Description:

Manage daily operations of an outlet

Achieve/exceed the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) given by the Management

Monthly roster planning/adjustments

Monthly sales planning and implementation

Record attendance and calculate payroll

Enforce discipline and motivate employees

Training and coaching sales team

Able to trace reasons for inventory or money shortfalls

POS / NETS / CREDIT CARD machine operation and basic troubleshooting

Ensure outlet clean and tidy

Ensure stocks and resources are promptly ordered and replenished

Ensure discipline in workers

Build good rapport and relationship with customers

Who We're Looking For:
