Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business performance
- Learn and support different functions such as customer service, sales, and operations
- Lead and supervise team members after training period
- Handle customer feedback and provide service recovery when needed
- Support promotional and marketing activities
- Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
