About the Role:

We offer a structured Management Trainee Program designed to develop future leaders. During this program, you will undergo comprehensive training in the company's operations, gaining hands-on experience in workflow management, process optimization, team coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving.

This foundational phase aims to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to prepare for future senior management roles. We welcome energetic, enthusiastic fresh graduates who are eager to engage with people and children, demonstrating an open heart and a proactive attitude. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into your core area of interest and expertise, such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, or other related disciplines.

Working Hours:

Mon : off

Tuesday - Friday : 2:00pm - 8:00pm

Saturday and Sunday: 9.30am - 8.00pm

Key Accountabilities:

• Continuously learn and understand the specific business operations and management strategies of the company.
• Participate in and lead team projects, enhancing teamwork and leadership skills.
• Effectively manage and execute projects in a multitasking and high-pressure environment, with a results-oriented approach.
• Solve problems encountered in work, formulate and implement solutions, emphasizing replicable processes.
• Embrace change, continuously improve your skills and knowledge, and break through your own capability boundaries.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the company's daily operations and management activities, learning the business processes and strategies.
• Assume leadership roles in projects, effectively distributing tasks and managing progress to ensure smooth completion.
• Think independently when encountering problems, propose and implement solutions, and review outcomes post-resolution.
• Accept feedback from superiors and colleagues, continuously improve your skills, and maintain a positive, open mindset for change.
• Enhance your professional knowledge and skills by participating in training and learning activities, committing to continuous development.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of work experience.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.

Focus Areas:

• Expertise in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Software Engineering. Strong knowledge in Information Systems, Data Science, and Business Analytics.
• Skills in UI/UX Design and Product Development.
• Experience with Digital Marketing and E-Commerce platforms.

Additional Focus Areas:

• Background in Hospitality Management, Operations, and Retail Management.
• Experience in Event Management and the Education sector.
• Knowledge of STEM Education, Psychology, Economics, and Statistics.
• Familiarity with Industrial Engineering principles.
