Key Responsibilities:
. To assist Restaurant Manager in operations of outlets to achieve sales and operational targets.
. Interact with customers and attend to any queries.
. Ensure the standard of service provided to customers at all times.
. Ensure outlet cleanliness throughout the day.
. Guide and assist new hire in operations.
. To be able to work at different outlets across Singapore.
. Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by Management.
Requirements:
. Degree in any field.
. Food Safety Level 1 Certified.
. Minimum of 1 years of working experience preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
. Strong understanding of the Singapore market and consumer behaviour.
. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
. Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong copywriting skills being a plus.
