Job description:
. Participate in a structured training programme covering daily business operations.

. Support outlet or studio operations including customer service, coordination, and service delivery.

. Assist supervisors in ensuring smooth daily operations and service standards.

. Learn operational processes such as inventory control, scheduling, and operational reporting.

. Work closely with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.

. Support implementation of operational procedures and service improvements.

. Gain exposure to leadership responsibilities including team coordination and training.

Requirements:
. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Culinary, or any related discipline.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Positive learning attitude and willingness to take on challenges.

. Customer-oriented mindset with strong service awareness.

. Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

. Willing to work flexible hours or shifts when required.
