Management Trainee (Operations)

Daily Operations
. Ensure close monitoring of the usage of cleaning supplies and the right chemical for the respective dishwashing machines.
. Supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines.
. To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables, and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times
. Ensure cleaning processes, workplace environment and that of our staffs comply and meet quality guidelines and standards
. Conduct any necessary investigations and respond to the corresponding corrective measures to prevent a reoccurrence upon feedback from the customer.
. Plan and coordinate the workflow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to the committed deliveries and quality standards

Requirements
. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
. High level of flexibility and adaptability and willingness to learn

. Able to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment

. Able to work on weekend
