About The Programme
The NUHS Management Trainee Programme is a one-year accelerated development programme for high-potential graduates to gain broad exposure and build a meaningful career with NUHS. This is a comprehensive 12-month programmewith structured rotations, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to develop well-rounded HR professionals who contribute to transforming Singapore's healthcare landscape.
