RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
. Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
. Assist customers in enquires.
. Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
. Assume full P&L responsibilities for all aspects of the restaurant operations to achieve sales performance,
bottom line and strategic objectives.
. Plan promotional and brand management activities.
. Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
. Oversee overall manpower planning and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
. Ensure good inventory and order management.
. Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
. At least 2 Year(s) of experience within the F&B industry, with at least 3 years of experience of leadership
capabilities.
. Bilingual.
. Strong Sales and Customer Service orientation.
. Strong people management skills, with the ability to engage all functions.
. Team Player with strong leadership qualities.
. Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
