Role Description
These are full-time, on-site roles based in Singapore, with opportunities to support Management, Marketing & Sales, and HR functions. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with HR consulting projects
- Help with marketing and sales activities, such as drafting marketing collateral, managing social media content, conducting market research, and supporting business development outreach.
- Involve coordinating training programmes, organizing events and workshops, and maintaining project documentation
- Performing general administrative and operational tasks
- Interns will work closely with senior consultants and managers, gaining hands-on experience in consulting, HR operations, and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, marketing content, and client-related documents.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support project coordination.
- Interest in Human Resources, Management, Marketing, and/or Sales, with basic knowledge of these domains preferred.
- Proficiency in common office software; familiarity with presentation tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, show initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR, consulting, marketing, or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Able to communicate with English- and Chinese-speaking clients
- Willingness to work out of office hours sometimes
