- Responsible for daily outlet operations which include effective scheduling, employee communications and training
- Ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards compliance with regulations
- Create a positive and rewarding customer experience
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and customers satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
- For Management Trainee - Fast track to Outlet Manager in 6 months (depending on performance)
- Wok experience preferred
