Role Description

The Management Trainee – Logistician is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. The role involves learning and supporting day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating transportation schedules, monitoring warehouse activities, and assisting with inventory control. The trainee will help track stock movement, support order processing, and liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries and efficient workflow. The position includes hands-on exposure to procurement processes, documentation, and data entry, as well as participation in process improvements and basic reporting. Under guidance from senior staff, the Management Trainee will gain foundational experience in logistics management and prepare for future supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets and ERP or inventory systems is an advantage).
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in operational environments and learn from hands-on experience.
