Internship Overview
This is not a typical internship.
It's a Management Trainee Programme designed to give you real exposure to leadership thinking, wealth management practices, and holistic family wealth planning.
Interns at Unicorn will learn directly from:
- Our Chief Investment Officer gain insights into macroeconomic analysis, fund selection, and portfolio strategy.
- Our Certified Advanced Financial Planner (CAFP) experience advanced financial diagnostics and investor engagement.
- Our Business Leader & Family Wealth Specialist / Consultant understand how values, trust, and strategy come together to serve generations.
You'll be immersed in the inner workings of a fast-evolving environment, from investment research to branding and operational excellence.
What You'll Experience
- Wealth Advisory Foundations: Learn how family wealth planning, insurance selection committee (InSeCo), and investing committee (InvesCo) shape investor outcomes.
- Leadership Exposure: Shadow senior consultants and observe leadership discussions.
- Investment & Market Research: Assist in preparing insights, case studies, and portfolio performance analyses.
- Strategic Projects: Contribute to branding, investor communications, and events that shape Unicorn's next growth phase.
- Professional Development: Receive mentoring and feedback to prepare you for future roles in finance, business, or entrepreneurship.
