- Handle day-to-day accounting duties
- Assist with account payable & receivable
- Prepare monthly statement and report, and quarterly GST submission
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
- Create and update expenses report
- Regularly reviewing and following up outstanding payment from customers
- Inventory control
- Perform yearly stock take
- Liaise with external vendors on related accounts matters
- Assist customer query and prepare sales quotation
- General administrative duties
- Provide general support to the Management & Finance Department
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Banking and Finance / Bachelor of Business Administration
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Good initiative, ability to work independently and able to take instructions efficiently
- Good team-player and interpersonal skills
