MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (F&B)

Job Description & Requirements

- Provide service to all customers according to Watami's service standard and procedures.

- Responsible for the preparation work of Hall opening and closing operation hours

- Maintain quality, service & cleanliness at all times according to Watami's standards.

- Able to handle all stations at an independent level.

Responsibility

- Plan and revise weekly and monthly schedule for all staff in the shop according to shop needs and sales forecast.

- Forecast shop sales on weekly basis.

- Audit own shop on a periodic basis (eg. Restaurant review) and create corresponding reports to be shared with Assistant Shop Manager and Hall/Kitchen Supervisor.

- Attending of both written and in-house customer complaints.

- Manage assets of the shop (ensure timely ordering of items and checking of inventory to prevent out of stock items).

- Planning, managing profit and loss. Handling cash at the store as well as collating daily sales as well as other necessary reports.

- Alongside with HQ, formulate marketing strategies to help boost shop's sales performance.

- Develop equipment maintenance schedules and arrange for repairs.

- Coaching, developing and disciplining staff.

- Monitor staffs attendance records daily.

- Checking of staffs payroll concerns.

- Conduct inquiries if internal disputes in shop occur and complete disciplinary write-ups.

REQUIREMENTS:

. Singaporeans only
. 5 day work week
. Must be able to communicate in English
. Able to work in fast-paced environment
. Minimum qualification : Diploma/A'levels
. At least 2 years of working experience (any field) or 1 year of relevant F&B experience
or
. Fresh graduate with Culinary Certification
