Job Summary

Gain comprehensive operational expertise through rotational training and lead initiatives to drive sales growth and profitability across outlets while ensuring compliance, training excellence, and high standards of hygiene.

Responsibilities

Acquire in-depth knowledge of food operations by completing rotational training across departments to support operational excellence.

Drive sales performance and improve profitability by implementing effective outlet strategies and monitoring key business metrics.

Master restaurant operations by managing manpower scheduling, administrative processes, and inventory control to optimize efficiency.

Lead and oversee the training of new employees, monitoring their progress to ensure skill development and operational readiness.

Enforce compliance with outlet operational standards, company policies, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and consistent environment.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with SFA regulations and company policies to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction

Prepare accurate business reports and support ad-hoc operational duties to inform management decisions.

Evaluate individual employee performance regularly and collaborate with supervisors to facilitate career development and progression.
