We are seeking a driven and responsible Management Trainee to support daily outlet operations and develop leadership capabilities within the business. The successful candidate will undergo structured training across operations, customer service, inventory management, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily outlet operations to ensure smooth business performance
- Monitor sales, inventory levels, and stock ordering
- Assist in implementing operational SOPs and quality control standards
- Coordinate staff scheduling and manpower planning
- Support training and supervision of outlet crew members
- Handle customer feedback and improve service standards
- Assist management in outlet performance analysis and reporting
- Participate in business development and operational improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Hospitality, Management, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership potential with positive learning attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
- Prior F&B or retail experience is an advantage
