Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee, you will be based at our Singapore Head Office, working at the center of CULines global network and collaborating with regional teams across international markets. You will gain valuable exposure to the dynamic world of container shipping through hands-on assignments, with opportunities to travel for training, business engagements, or vessel visits.

Our 24-month Management Trainee Program is designed to develop high-potential talent into future leaders of CULines. The program offers structured rotational assignments across regions and functions, tailored to your background and career aspirations.

Trainees will have the opportunity to customize their rotational assignments, including one overseas assignment, while receiving guidance from on-the-job coaches, career mentors, and management mentors. Complemented by just-in-time professional training, the program equips participants with the global perspective, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities needed to thrive in the maritime industry.

Responsibilities

1. Successfully complete all assigned rotations as planned

2. Performs assigned duties diligently and professionally under the supervision and guidance of the respective rotation supervisors

3. Complete all weekly/monthly reports as requested by the rotation supervisor

4. Collaborate effectively with teams across different regions, demonstrating respect for diverse cultures, perspectives, and work practices.

5. Active participation in company-wide initiatives, including Employee Wellness programmes and Annual Team-Building activities, is a mandatory component of the programme.

Requirements

. Bachelor Degree in any field or Post -Graduate qualifications in related fields like Maritime Studies, Maritime Law、International trading, Container Shipping, Shipping Logistics and Supply Chain, Shipping Agency Management, Terminal Procurement, Shipping Digitalization, Network and Route Planning, Shipping R&D

. Fresh Graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience are welcome to apply

. Possess a positive and open attitude towards overseas exposure and job rotations

. Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with solid logical thinking abilities.

. Excellent team collaboration spirit and a strong sense of responsibility

. Highly adaptable and high threshold of multitasking and meeting multiple timelines

. Strong learning ability and willingness to learn.
. Able to start the program by 01 July 2026.
