Job Duties:

• This role will gain hands-on experience and knowledge of all areas of the business by being assigned to different departments, before being placed in a suitable role permanently.
• The purpose of the program is to provide the employee with a comprehensive understanding of the business.
• To participate in business negotiations and building of relationships with core clients and vendors.
• Assist the directors with the execution on various key business decisions.
• High-performing individuals can take a fast-track route to a leadership position.
• There is a possibility to be involved with regional growth or other businesses within the same group.

Description / Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Commerce, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
